I built the entire mobile application from scratch for both Android and iOS platforms, and later transitioned into a Mobile App Consultant role overseeing the complete technology roadmap. The app delivers DRM-protected content using ExoPlayer (Android) and AVPlayer (iOS) with optimized adaptive bitrate streaming. I led a full app redesign that increased user retention by 30% through improved UX, faster load times, and personalized content recommendations. The platform integrates real-time business intelligence tracking for data-driven content decisions and maintains strict compliance with both Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
